1995
is Lee's first Eurovision party without Michael. He is joined
instead by a small but far from select gathering of friends.
As the atmosphere heats up, recriminations and revelations
fly and there will be blood, sweat and tears before the voting
of the Belgian jury. Jonathan Harvey's hit comedy brings the
Eurovision Song Contest's kitsch campery to the Hexagon Theatre.

As
the friends settle down with their Bucks Fizz to let Love Shine
a Light over their intimate get-together, several unanswered questions
remain. Who will be Saving all their Kisses for Wendy? When will
Tania be Making her Mind Up? And will Congratulations be in order
when Nick pours fuel on their Eurovision fiasco? Expect all the
answers and, Ooh Ahh Just a Little Bit More! And just what is Norman
up to in that bedroom?
Harvey
is well known as the writer of BBC2's Gimme Gimme Gimme, starring
Kathy Burke, who directed the London premiere performance of this
play. Harvey also made his name as the author of the urban fairytale
(and later hit film) Beautiful Thing.
